How do the $2 Pro upgrades work?
For free events, you can upgrade individual events to Pro for just $2. This unlocks unlimited attendees, advanced analytics, custom branding, and priority support for that specific event only.
What happens with paid events?
Paid events automatically get all Pro features at no additional cost. We take a 7% platform commission from ticket sales, which includes payment processing and all premium features.
Should I choose monthly subscriptions or per-event upgrades?
If you host more than 10 free events per month that need Pro features, a monthly subscription is more cost-effective. For occasional events or paid events, the per-event model works better.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle. Per-event upgrades are separate and don't affect your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always available with no time limit. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start with the Free plan.
