What is FunInvite?
FunInvite is a free event management platform. You create a page for your event, invite guests by email, and watch RSVPs come in. On the day, you scan guests in at the door with a QR code.
It is built for the organiser who has a guest list rather than a box office — birthday parties, weddings, community meetups, church and school events, workshops, team offsites. Events can be public and appear in discovery, private and visible only to people you invite, or unlisted and reachable by link alone.
Creating an event is free and attending one is free. Paid ticketing is in development; when it arrives it will be optional, and free events will stay free.

Common questions
Is FunInvite free?
Yes. Creating an event on FunInvite is free, and attending one is free. There is no card required and no trial period. Paid ticketing is in development and will be optional when it launches — free events will stay free.
Can I sell tickets on FunInvite?
Not yet. Paid ticketing and card payments are in development. Today every event on FunInvite is free to create and free to attend. You can still cap attendance, manage a guest list and check people in with QR codes.
How do guests RSVP?
You invite guests by email, individually or in bulk. Each guest receives a link to the event page where they can accept or decline. Responses appear on your guest list immediately, and you can see how many people have replied at any time.
Can I make an event private?
Yes. Every event is public, private or unlisted. A public event appears in discovery and search. A private event is visible only to you and the people you invite. An unlisted event is reachable by link but not listed anywhere.
How does check-in work?
Each confirmed attendee gets a QR code. On the day, open the scanner in the FunInvite app or on the web and scan guests in at the door. The guest list updates live so you can see who has arrived.
Is there a mobile app?
A FunInvite app for Android and iOS is built and in final testing ahead of its App Store and Google Play release. In the meantime the FunInvite website works fully on phones and tablets, including QR check-in.
